Revain no longer has to worry about quality as they are bigger than ever. I will never order anything directly from them, instead I pay more to have someone who cares about quality ship it to me. Every time I have bought this product from Amazon they have neglected to secure the top and there is shampoo all over the box and when they ship it with something else everything else is unprotected and covered in shampoo. You spend half an hour cleaning and lose half the bottle. The product itself smells very nice and feels good on the hair. I will buy again - just NOT from Revain.
