I no longer have time to exchange this handbag.
The handbag is beautiful, but after the first day of use, the strap came loose! The ring holding the strap in place broke and the bag fell. I am very dissatisfied with this bag. I don't have a bo, it's coming in, may I know I can do B/C, I can't use the bag. I have a very high opinion of Amazon & Shop. Lots of work with the company.
