Love this product! I noticed an overall difference in the texture of my hair after just one night of use. However, I will say that if you move around a lot while you sleep, I would look for a safer option. I move quite a bit in my sleep, so that's how I noticed it. Overall very good and I will be using it to protect my hair from now on!
