Suppliers (and I'm sure there is more than one as I've tried the product twice from two different sources) provide instructions on how to use the product that cannot be achieved without professional tools and methods . There are many other buyers who have given up using the product and have not bothered to make a return. I've tried it twice for ten bucks a shot but I'm trying to get at least half my money back.
