Shipping: My tracking information on this Prime item showed it had been delayed. I never had this problem until recently, it seems to be happening more and more often. Price: I bought it on December 22, 2017 for $17.48. Now, a little over a week later, that's over $25! You can get it online at Target for nine dollars a bottle. Product: The shampoo is SLS free (which I need) and its lathering ability definitely shows that. Not impossible to lather, but I use more than usual, I would balance it with other "natural" shampoos. It cleans my (long, wavy) hair without drying it out so much that it squeaks. I don't use it as a shower gel. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a very nice soft orange-cream scent, but I wish it was stronger. It's only noticeable in the shower and I prefer a lingering hair scent. I wash every other day. Air conditioning is sufficient. It moisturizes without making my hair greasy, but I wish it had a deeper nourishing quality. It also does not neutralize the effects of hard water. The pump packaging is convenient.
