Received this today and couldn't wait five minutes to open it. Pretty bag. I read some of the reviews and they mentioned the smell. NOBODY. I opened it up (okay, torn inside the bag like a kid at Christmas) and when I took it out of the protective packaging, it smelled like leather. All devices are boxed to protect them from scratches, including the handles. It was easy to remove. Just less than 3 minutes. I am pleased with the bag's style, size, and quality of leather, zipper, and hardware. Would definitely buy a HESHE bag again. Very satisfied.
