My daughter needed something to improve her skills, get in some exercise, and safely drain her energy and frustration while we were at home. This punching bag is perfect! It was very easy for us to set up (she did most of the setup). It has become an integral part of our practices. I found filling the base with sand was much better than pouring water. It just seemed a little more stable and less likely to mess up when my daughter wanted to get creative. The height is also very easy to adjust and looks like it will last a few years.
