It took a long time to learn the player. We've been using media players for ten years, so we know how they should work. The user manual is useless. I downloaded the file to enlarge the printout for reading. After I did that, it didn't help much. There is a very steep learning curve. The media player plays videos quite well with good sound. I have found that I have less control with this player than with my previous player. One thing that really bothers me is the fact that the hard drive stays on after the device is turned off, so I have to unplug it after each use. Even the remote control only works if you point it directly at the device. Nubby has to find another player.
