It took my printer a while to align the cartridges correctly. Printed once. Then he doesn't recognize black, no matter what I do. I took the cartridge out and put it back in several times but it still didn't work. The last time I took it out to try again, the black ink was bleeding all over! I threw it away! The printer is currently only printing on the color cartridge. It may have been that particular cartridge but the seller did an excellent job of fixing the issue to my satisfaction. In the end I decided to buy a new printer, but this seller's customer service skills are more than commendable!
