Defective and poor factory control of the product.
Was glad to find a replacement white strap for my watch. I think it was about $12. I threw it in the mailbox without examining it, to a watch repair shop to have it fitted to my white Casio watch. When I took it he said he installed it but it had orange stains on it that he couldn't get rid of. They were not on the surface but joined the group. He took 10 dollars from me. to install it. So I pay him another 10 dollars. take off? I will not send my watch anywhere for a refund. That's why I prefer to buy in regular stores.
