Review on Novogratz Globe 2 Light Double 12976 by John Jones

This lamp is almost exactly what I was hoping for, except for one thing - the brushed brass shade is an odd green. If you have other brass, real or fake, in your home, it most likely doesn't match, so be aware of that. I like it anyway, just wish it was more of a real brass color. I'm thinking about spraying it or trying to polish it or something but I'm afraid it will just ruin it. I'll probably just leave it somewhere else in a Black Metal room so it doesn't clash. Due to the opaque lampshade, it is definitely more of a decorative item than a useful lamp. All light is naturally directed straight down. Not a bad table lamp in my opinion, but to be honest it doesn't come on often. I bought it for the looks, not the utility.
