I wanted to love this bag! While it looks and feels very good and I was so happy with everything it had, it was just uncomfortable to wear and had some functional flaws. As previously mentioned, adjusting the straps is almost impossible. I also had issues with the zipper not being smooth and strong, which made me feel like it could break pretty quickly. I personally didn't like the striped lining either, but that's a personal preference. Unfortunately, if such things frustrate me a little after receiving them, I know that I will not like them in the long run.
