Attention: not for disinfectant
Received on Saturday, not operational on Sunday evening, clogged with hand sanitizer. The disinfectant was smooth and not thick. Followed the troubleshooting tips but nothing helped. To find out, we emailed Umbra Support. "We have tested the use of sanitizer in this pump and do not recommend it." This pump is advertised for both soap and sanitizer! I'm waiting for the promised replacement, I just won't use it with a sanitizer. I need pumps for sanitizer and soap to keep me alright. If all you need is a hand sanitizer pump, buy something else.
