The ability to easily track applicants. We can assign each applicant an activity status which helps us keep track of what stage they are in the hiring process. We also have access to all applicants' contact information so we can reach out to them at any time. I like how easy it is for me to add new employees to our database and I don't have to worry about formatting their resume or having it look good because cavall does that for me! It's very easy to use and there aren't many features that I dislike. If you're looking for an ATS, cavall has you covered. They have a lot of great features and they offer training if needed. They have helped us streamline the hiring process and keep track of applications.
