Pros: Works great, very loud at high volume which is great for my hard of hearing dad (whom I bought it for). Cons: 1 - No wall mounting hole in the standard position to fit over the wall plate. This means you'll either have to a) drill a new hole in the wall to properly attach the second screw, or b) just hang it on one screw. 2 - There is no way to unwind excess phone cord from the wall outlet. Most phones have a cutout or some pins that you can wrap the cord around. It doesn't mean anything, so your extra cord just dangles around. 3 - Lessons in Chinese only. It's not impossible to understand, but it takes longer than it takes to get it right because there's no way of knowing what you're reading unless you read Chinese.
