Review on 🔧 TEKTON Swivel Head Quick-Release Ratchet, 3/8 Inch Drive x 9 Inch (Model 1491) by Charles Lewellen

A friend I worked with many years ago had a ratchet of this design, I believe it was an SK brand tool. I've always wanted one (jealous of the tool?) but most of my tools came from Craftsman and Snap-On and I've never seen any of their catalogs. I saw them and bought the 3/8" and 1/4" versions and was pleasantly surprised. I've used the 3/8" many times and it's intentionally very stiff and it's very versatile and durable, didn't miss a beat. The design is amazing and I don't know why some major manufacturers haven't implemented this design. Me wish it was a little longer it seems strong enough to handle more torque I suppose a downside might be the thickness of the head but I have no problem with that maybe time will tell but so far a lot impressed.
