I've waited 3 months to write this review to fully test these devices. Pros: Cost, battery life, and signal reception. First, the device turns on the camera during the transfer, meaning if you set the device to send pictures every 4 hours, you'll get up to 12 blank photos with each transfer, for a total of over 1,000 pictures a month, so buy those unlimited plan regardless. The device does NOT transmit every photo. I pulled out the device cards after two months so I could transfer the full image to my computer, not just the thumbnail. I found that over 30% of the photos I took were not sent through the app. If you are planning a hunt based on the photos received, DO NOT. Eventually the app doesn't work properly. The most frustrating part is that the resulting thumbnail is NOT always an image. I deleted images based on thumbnails and accidentally enlarged the photo instead of deleting it and a completely different image appeared. I started zooming in on each photo and it seems like the app is sending the last photo taken, which is usually blank since the broadcast includes the camera. I found that more than half of the thumbnails were wrong when taking multiple shots. The pictures were completely different from the sketch. I bought 10 units and found all of them to have the same issues. When these problems are solved I'm sure these devices will revolutionize the industry with all non-cellular cameras BUT we're not there yet.
