My wife suffers from chronic back pain and I thought this seated massager might help her on the go. She loves it! Our initial plan was to just leave it in her car so she could use it on long commutes to work and while waiting for groceries to arrive. She ended up loving it so much that we brought it inside and she uses it in our chair too. She will leave it on several hours a day and said it's one of the best purchases we've ever made. I was concerned about using it in a car as I didn't see any vehicle plugs, but both are included so it will work with any car outlet as well as a standard outlet. It has a nice auto shut off feature so she can turn it on and go to sleep without worrying about it running too long. There is a heating function which is also good but we don't use it that often in the climate we are in. Overall, this is a great seat massager that works well both in the car and at home. We are planning to buy another one as we are so impressed. The value here is tremendous - half the price of other competing products and superior in my opinion. Highly recommended!
