The usage of this device immediately started on the wrong foot. I recently purchased a new phone, had it delivered in the evening, and installed the sim cards in the morning. However, when I made my first call, I discovered that the other person could hear me but that I couldn't. Every aspect of the speakerphone functioned. They altered it without any issues the day I went to return it, creating a factory union. The pictures are of extremely bad quality, and no matter how I set it up, it is quite challenging to snap a picture that is somewhat of a decent quality. Video "eats" up a lot of memory; for instance, I needed more than 1.5 GB to play a 10-minute film at the highest quality. You can minimize it in the settings, but there aren't many options available. Among the main flaws, I saw that when watching films, the image frequently "freezes," but the sound keeps playing as if nothing had happened. It's not very convenient to have to lock it first before you can unlock it. The phone frequently blunts, freezes, and "hangs" for up to 10-15 seconds. It's possible for a voice assistant to appear unnecessarily; despite my best efforts, I was unable to stop it from doing so. The volume down button stopped being pressed after using it for roughly six months. A three is the most objective rating, to put it briefly. Although the features are outstanding, the performance is lacking significantly.
