Camera resolution is good, but brightness and exposure are unbearably poor. The center of the image is overexposed and very bright, while the edges are very dark. This works well in very low light, but when there are light sources in the room your face becomes so bright that it cannot be seen clearly. Using third-party software to adjust the brightness works a bit, but once your face is visible the background is almost entirely black. Ring lighting is a good idea, but it's useless. It emits less light than a screen/monitor and it doesn't matter if it's on or off. Overall the camera works which is why I'm giving it two stars but the picture is so awful it's not worth the price.
