I found this on sale the day after Christmas and could not resist buying it - just couldn't pass up being able to have my own bike at home for less than what I would pay for a gym membership. The Bike arrived on time and was easy to put together - it even came with all the tools I needed and I was able to do it by myself. Unfortunately the box was missing the monitor and the bike seat had a terrible wobble to it once I got it put together. I emailed the customer service department on New Years Day and received a response back the same day. After I sent them a video of what the seat was doing, they sent me a replacement part for the seat and the monitor and I had it within two days. While this bike is most certainly not the quality of a peloton, it’s is a great simple bike for the price and the company has great customer service.
