TLDRIf I can sleep on it every night comfortably, it should serve your purpose just fine.I am not going to praise this thing for being amazingly comfortable, well designed, or even aesthetically pleasing. Because I do not think it is any of those things.However, I have been living a solo nomad kind of lifestyle for over a year now and this thing has done great by me at 6ft, 180 lbs.I DID however buy a 2 inch thick cloth yoga mat as an additional topper after a few months to throw over the existing given padding. This negates the possibility of discomfort from the metal frame if you moved to close to the edge at night.Let me clarify; I have been sleeping on this thing, every night for over a year, and I completely stand by this thing as an alternative that is substantially more mobile than a bed, but not as homeless hobo as a sleeping bag.
