Perfect for a Rugged Ridge XHD bumper. Can be mounted tilted forwards or backwards, although backwards orientation may cause problems removing the plastic grid panel for servicing. Does not come with screws; They would have come with the bumper itself. If you lost your screws, you can use 10" x 20mm ones from the hardware store. It's difficult to tighten a bolt where the tire curves inward and forward (or back if you mount it that way). There isn't enough room on that one screw (on each side) to nest and even stiff with an open ended wrench. Not as structurally strong as a welded tire, but not as weak as most bolted bull bars. I wish the tube wasn't so thick and there were built in lugs to mount the light.
