Review on 🖱️ J-Tech Digital V628: Ergonomic Vertical USB Mouse with Adjustable Sensitivity, Scroll Endurance, Removable Palm Rest & Thumb Buttons by Steven Nina

I've been using this mouse for about 2 weeks. I don't have CTS or any wrist condition but I want to avoid it. I really like the shape of the mouse. I like its angle and overall size. The little platform that attaches to the back is nice because my wrist doesn't drag on the table. I'm a US male with an average hand. I particularly like the thumb cut-out and the two thumb buttons. The primary and secondary buttons are well-sized and easy to use. Now one part that needs fixing or changing is the scroll wheel. I feel like it needs to be moved forward about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. When I squeeze the mouse all the way, the wheel is under the second segment of my middle finger. Ideally, it should be right at my fingertip. Maybe the location is suitable for people with small hands? I have adjusted to this by scrolling with my index finger and not gripping the mouse "full" with my hand, but more loosely "with the fingertips" so that the scroll wheel lies better under my finger. Using it this way is still quite comfortable - only the palm isn't as tight on the device. It doesn't seem any less boring. My Mac is able to read all keys and use them for shortcut actions (flight controls, etc.). Overall I really like this mouse. It seems reasonably well built but I doubt it will last a few years, the buttons just don't feel as strong as a mouse rated to last 5+ years. Considering the price, the replacement device will be easy to afford. One of my photos above shows how I hold it loosely while the other shows how I hold it more fully. UPDATE: Been using it for 2 months now. Also try the Logitech Ergo Mouse. This JTech is actually better designed. The overall shape is rounder and more comfortable. The buttons are easier to use - the thumb buttons are MUCH easier than the Logi ones. The overall shape is more comfortable. The wrist platform is good and the Logi has none. The scroll button on the Logi is positioned slightly better. You can't go wrong with this.
