The device appears to be working. Features like general usage and cost, but no storage. The display is big and clear, but viewing angles are poor, making it not easy to read from an angle in tight spaces. My biggest issue is that it appears to be made in a backwater factory, the screen protector was full of bubbles, there was some dirt on the corner of the back sticker. So either it wasn't new and poorly restored, or the facility wasn't very clean.
