The previous picture is confusing enough but this is the BEST product I have ever used and deserves credit. Worth every penny. I've used it 5 times sporadically in the last 2 months and these are my results from first use up to 5 minutes ago. I have odd teeth that are partially nicked and difficult to reach, but I like to collect dirt, it instantly foams it up where my rotating toothbrush doesn't touch it. Nothing has changed in my cleaning game, I'm still cleaning morning and night, just adding that randomly, maybe once a week (the instructions say more, I might have to try) but I'm obviously happy. I never write reviews but rely on them for every product I buy. So this time I'm doing my part to say BUY THIS PEN.
