iPad was in excellent condition. No scratches, dents, cracks, nothing like that. Turned on like new and I connected it to Wi-Fi with no issues. The problem occurred when I wanted to download apps and it wouldn't let me. I signed into Apple ID with no problems, but it still wouldn't let me. I googled and they said reboot or update. I have done both. Nothing. I was a little pushy trying to update it over 10 times and it refused even though it was plugged in - which caused the cable issue. Anyway, I said forget it. Received and packed the same day. I say try again because the condition was great. But in the worst case you send it back and it's really not a problem (in my eyes)
