I measured my dog and bought the knight suit using the size chart provided. For my dog he needed a big one. I tried to fight him but in the end it seemed to me like he was going to punch the Hulk out of this thing. I will mention that my dog is a border collie at five and a half months old, so it is possible that he has grown in between when I measured him and then received the package. I was a bit sad but I ordered the next size up. ,XL. Size XL fits his torso perfectly but the shirt seems too big for him. On the other hand, the mail hat that came with size XL looks massive on him. This is more suitable for dogs with a wider snout (at least compared to my dog's narrow snout). However, as I still had the smaller suit I bought, I tried this hat on him and it fit perfectly! I'm delighted with his costume, he'll be wearing it at the Renaissance Festival. I'm just a little frustrated, it took me two suits to fit.
