I bought it about a year ago. When I first installed it I messed up a bit and left a few bubbles, but since they weren't in the visible part of the screen I ignored them. Tempered glass is very durable. I never saw a scratch on it and unlike plastic covers it was very comfortable to use. A while ago I noticed a chip on the side of the screen protector which caused a few thin cracks to spread across the screen. visible part of the screen. In terms of warranty, I contacted Megoo about the issue and they were happy to send me a replacement. I spent extra time installing the replacement and the result was excellent - no bubbles anywhere. The adhesive layer also served to hold the broken glass together when I removed it so there were no sharp edges to worry about. This product is excellent. Installation was easy if I took my time, although tape for the loop's adhesive strips during installation probably would have worked better. A damp bathroom really helps keep dust out. When cleaning the screen before installation, I first used a damp cloth and then wiped with the microfiber cloth that came with it. I'm not sure if this was the "right" way, but the screen was very clean and I'm happy with the results.
