Sometimes when using inbound calls there can be issues where sometimes our dispatcher will get hungup or disconnected from their end so they won't answer incoming phone calls which gets frustrating as well but overall it has been great thus far!! This software makes things much easier than having to manage everything ourselves out of paper files etc..
