My wife is a great cook and she needs a rock salt grinder. PEPPER BIRD Original works as it should. It has a glass bottom that can easily be filled with rock salt, whole pepper or spices. Once you put the stainless steel lid on, you can shred the contents simply by twisting the lid. The desired coarseness can also be set. For all of these reasons, we highly recommend the Pepper Bird Grinder!
