Review on Empava Electric Stove Induction Cooktop: 2-Burner Black πŸ”₯ Vitro Ceramic with Smooth Surface Glass – 120V, 12 Inch by Ronald Noel

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The output signal is above the nominal value.

I'm not sure about that. The specifications show that the left burner can deliver 1800 watts. Right side 1300W max. The maximum total power is 1800W, which means that when the right side is set to 1300W, the left side can only be 500W. The problem is I can get the left side to pull 680-700 watts of power out of the wall even when it's set at 1800. The same goes for the right side, which is set at 1300 watts. If you set a burner at 500 watts, it will use about 400 watts, or 100 watts less than the page says. After less and other losses, I expect to get a maximum of 500 watts out of the left hand burner at maximum settings. I'm having trouble boiling 3/4 gallons of water on max settings. The utensils I use are copper colored and ready for Gotham induction. Another Problem? With the device plugged in but off, my 3000w inverter's display shows 7% power draw and the kilowatt meter reads 4w. Is the power input really dirty and confusing my inverter? I've been using this device every day for about a month. Run it with a pure 3000W inverter and shore power. Strange energy is consumed from both sources. There will be a video soon. he cooks food I like the idea and the way it works, a bit unsure if my block is working properly or not.
