Update: The dealer contacted me and sent me a new black cartridge. The new cartridge works as it should and I am happy with the customer service and the new cartridge they sent me. Thanks Vaker, I ordered two packs, black and colored cartridges. The color cartridge worked well. The black XL cartridge does not. It printed a few lines and then skipped a few lines on the page. I've tried investigating and fixing every possible issue and have applied the recommended "fixes" to no avail. I didn't need the cartridge and didn't use it within the 30 day exchange period, but now that I've tried it I assume there is no workaround or guarantee.
