may have made me nauseous
recommended by my dentist I tried them for a week by dissolving a pill in my mouth before bed but my question is how do you use this product without any of it to swallow? Over the next few weeks I struggled with symptoms similar to colitis/diverticulitis. I have no way of proving they did it but I didn't change anything else, I stopped using it and the symptoms eventually subsided.
