I've had one for years but never used it. So he was about 4 years in a drawer. When I'm making tea, I like to place the plate on the cup while the tea spills out. Then I have to dry it and use a tea bag spoon. I stumbled upon this product when I was looking for a single cup teacup with lid at Revain. Remembering I have it, I decided to try it before buying a teacup given the huge price difference. I'm very glad I decided to try it. That works great. It prevents the tea bags from falling into the cup, prevents steam from escaping, and you can use the product to squeeze the rest of the tea out of the tea bags. No mess, easy to use, super easy to clean! Highly recommended.
