This is a subjective statement, so I guess I can't expect it to necessarily match. But the description says it will fit "any arm circumference from 8" to 16". Based on that statement, I definitely expected it to fit because my arms can be a maximum of 12". I'm a relatively average male at 6ft tall and weighs 200lbs I have to wear a bandage on my forearm to fit so I'm very disappointed with this Well if you have small hands that the strap can put on the sleeve itself is really big enough to hold a large smartphone I have a Note 8 and it fits comfortably.
