Review on Skillrater by John Hashman

The best thing I like about this platform is that you can rate your peers in real time, so everyone knows who's good at what they do from day one! It also helps me decide which skills are important for my team members by comparing their ratings against each other (and then seeing how much better or worse off we all really am). That said - there have been times when some of our managers were not able to log into an account because "they forgot" password/etc., but even if someone was logged-in successfully before being locked out again later would still be unable access /rate anyone? So far no issues wtih rating people though!!
