security threat! on Pillows

Don't buy this for your little ones! The pillow has 2 zippers. One for the pillowcase and one for the pillow. When you open the zipper, loose filling remains on the pillow. My little one took off the pillowcase and opened the pillow, pulled out all the filling and a piece of metal zipper broke off in her mouth. Serious choking and safety hazard. I was expecting a better product as it is for toddlers.
