IRWIN Tools 2050L Illuminated Magnetic Box Level 48" (1801103) This is my new favorite level! Why do you ask? Because the level has flat corners , which is easy to draw a line on, making it a good straight edge, because the plane is continuous along its top, horizontal edge, now I can draw a straight line that is continuous along its entire length, because the safety rubber stoppers are drawn in, not removed. Now I don't have to deal with this PITA anymore. Just press the button and slide the bumper to the end of the level. Because the damn vials will catch fire! This is not only useful in low light, but is also great for harsh lighting conditions of any kind. Because it has other nifty little features, like a verse mirrored side window so i can see the vertical plane from either the top or the side of the plane and it's dead on the exact plane. and it's light but strong, with magnets on one side, and a lot cheaper than the Stabilia.
