Don't think for a minute that you don't need these three utility knives. You will use them all. Presumably Mundail knives are knives that chefs use when traveling and fear losing their expensive favorite knives if they leave them at home (I read this in Bon Appetit). And now I understand why! For the price, these knives can't be beat. At first I didn't think I needed colored knives with plastic handles, but they are so durable and easy to maintain in the kitchen that now I had no choice. These three knives are my favorite knives in my kitchen. They really seem to be holding their edge (I've had them for a few years now). They are dishwasher safe and the perfect size for most cutting tasks in the kitchen. I have three large mundial knives for big slicing and chopping jobs, but these are the paring knives I use the most. Hooray Mundial!
