The shorts overall fit the way I expect. The number and placement of pockets is good. The only problem I have is that the thigh pockets are about one cm too short for modern cellphones. For example, with an iPhone 6S, XR, Nexus 2, etc it's not possible to properly close the pocket. It's been 5+ years since the larger phones have become standard, so there's no excuse for not adapting the pattern to handle this.
