Review on JBL JBLFREEXBLKBTAM Free Wireless Headphones by David Diaz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Never take the receiver off your ear again! Great buds, great price!

I have 2 pairs of these headphones, 2 pairs of Skullcandy Indy, Beats X and a few other pairs around my neck. When it comes to independent buds, these are my favorites. The Indy has its advantages, but for everyday use the JBLs give me what I want. Switching between devices is painless, especially for BT 4.2 (all devices are not created equal), the sound quality is 4/5 and tuned to a quality in excess of decibels. If you are looking for bass over clarity I would definitely recommend the Indy. BT range is average as long as your phone is next to you, it doesn't matter, my Indy lets me go further than I thought I would (e.g. straight 200 foot line of sight and even 100+ feet through walls! ), but I was a bit spoiled. Fit n Finish - 5/5, tiny, well made and assembled instead of 1 shape, the lighted chrome ring is a nice touch and a name I can make myself with or without. I love the simplicity but if you love NASCAR or wear Gucci these are perfect. But I get a lot of compliments on her. I'm still getting 4 hours from my older couple even though I work outdoors in Texas, so I expect my batteries to drain a bit as they warm up. The earbuds can go through 4-5 charges out of the case before needing to be put back in. As with most independent buds, the right side is the main side, so calls and single use can only be made on that side. Never take the kidney from your ear again.
