Review on Ecosoft by Eddy Borghesi

I recently got several materials from Ecosoft for home remodeling, and I have to admit that I am really unhappy with the results. Despite the company's claims to supply high-quality products, the ones I received fell far short of my expectations and were of very low quality. Furthermore, Ecosoft's customer service was also utterly unacceptable. When I tried to contact their team with some queries regarding my order, I received poor and unresponsive assistance. I had a really frustrating time, and I was quite dissatisfied with my purchase as a result. Furthermore, I experienced a significant inconvenience when the delivery of my products was delayed by several days. I had built my home renovation project around the anticipated delivery date, so I had to reschedule everything because of the delay. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn't advise using Ecosoft. My impression of them has been negatively impacted by their subpar items, unreliable customer support, and delayed deliveries. I advise going elsewhere if you're looking for dependable and high-quality home renovation products.
