Nice color and design overall. The material is much smoother and denser than their other swimsuits. Not a bad thing (my daughter really likes the way she feels), just different. And I should mention that it shows EVERY bulge, skin fold, etc. My daughter is super skinny and that's fine with her, but may be too tight and less forgiving for heavier kids. Even my daughter has a hard time putting the sleeves on because they are tight and snug. My biggest concern is that after 2 washes (machine wash, cold, gentle, tumble dry) the seam where the skirt meets the swimsuit has grown. big hole. It doesn't look like it ripped, it was just that the stitching wasn't strong enough and it came loose. So now she has a gaping hole (1-1.5 inches) where the skirt seems to fall away from the rest of the dress. Sad. I don't have the time or patience to hand wash everything, so the clothes we buy for our kids have to be machine washable. It doesn't seem to make a cut. I think we will switch to another brand of swimwear with skirt in the future.
