Look at the photos and decide for yourself. It is definitely a used item. Just because your PS4 is a CUH-2015B model, don't assume it has this power supply. I have N15-160P1A, not N16-160P1A. It's my fault for assuming all PS4 CUH-2015Bs use the same power supply, but DO NOT SELL me USED PARTS - ESPECIALLY power supplies - without making VERY clear that these parts are USED!
