Review on ⏰ Mudder Clock Movement Mechanism: 3/25 Inch Maximum Dial Thickness, 1/2 Inch Total Shaft Length by Nolan White

I bought this movement to build my own clock. After reading some of the other reviews I wasn't sure if it would be hit or miss but thought it was worth a try. The package arrived in perfect condition with all the parts and worked fine the first time I put the battery in to make sure it was working. However, problems arose later. I painted the hands white to match the colors of my watch. Then, on day 2, he was pretty far behind. I continued to rule with my hands, but to no avail. A month and a week later the mechanism stopped working and I will not recommend this product for this reason. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because I'm just not sure if my hand painting had anything to do with it. Even if I hadn't painted them, the mechanism most likely still wouldn't work even now, but I'm not sure if the paint made my hands very heavy and therefore didn't keep accurate time. In any case, I will look for a higher quality product for my future watches and will not buy them again.
