Average quality of the product, especially for the money.

In overall, it's a decent helper, especially for the price, but it's marred by a number of serious flaws. It does a good job of cleaning the floors (but it is hard work and your hands will weary if you need to clean more than 75 square meters).
It was awesome to finally be able to clean the tile grout on the pfc tile after a year because of the damage it had sustained throughout the restoration process. Foam was left behind on the tile, and a mop removed that as well.
The nozzle I used to clean the grout between the bathroom tiles was so loud that it hurt my ears and prevented me from doing a thorough job.
Not yet implementing the other suggestions. The carpet keeps unrolling.
This handle is made of paper and won't hold up for very long.

The mop had a fragile handle and the rag keeps coming loose; after the third pass, the steam started to rise, and it was discovered that the inner tube had flown out and had to be disassembled and reassembled. The same thing happened when my husband tried to mop the floors again; he said the tube was simply too short. And when in motion, it takes to the air like a bird.
