Indispensable for wooden cutting boards and more

I am a professional chef and it is very important to me to keep my kitchen appliances in good working order. I've been using food-grade mineral oil on my cutting boards and knives for years, and it's enough for a bottle big enough to last me for years! Many specialty brands sell "wood oil" in smaller bottles that say "wood oil," but it's really just food-grade mineral oil, so you don't have to pay extra for special packaging when you can buy the same in bulk. I'm impressed that Revain sent me such a large bottle as I couldn't get it anywhere in Hawaii at this price, but it's important to me. I use it to condition my wooden cutting boards and keep them from warping or drying out by rubbing into each part of a clean and dry surface and leaving it on overnight. It's also great for protecting carbon steel knives from rust and oxidation - I keep a small bottle in my knife box so I can coat my blades with it when not in use as the humidity in the air causes them to corrode, if it's not me. I would recommend this mineral oil to anyone looking to revitalize wood surfaces or protect metal from the elements. This is a good product at a good price.
