The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it's not big enough for its purpose. I read so many reviews and thought I had finally found a hanging toiletry bag that would suit my fiance's needs, but I didn't make it. Of course, it is written that it can hold full-size bottles, but not very much. This suitcase is ideal for those who are going on a two-week trip. And that's great, that's what most people do. But for those who travel for work, it just doesn't fit. I definitely wouldn't call this an XL bag, it would be more in the ML category. In the picture it looks like it's a softer and thicker material, but it's just like any other standard toiletry bag. I would have been interested in how well it holds up over time, but it wasn't what we were looking for.
