Does not work with the Coolpix l340 camera.

Not compatible with Coolpix L340. For your information. When I found it didn't fit I looked a little further and according to Nikon's website the L340 requires this cable: https://www.amazon.com/Nikon-25851-UC-E16-USB-Cable/dp/B0074JL0POWish. send this cable back.
